About 10 baby goats ranging from 3 weeks to 8 months old
Bottles to bottle feed the baby goats when yoga is complete
Yoga will last 45 minutes
Feeding and interacting with baby goats will be 15 minutes at the completion of yoga

What is baby goat yoga you ask?
Welcome to the cutest yoga experience ever! Imagine striking a downward dog pose while a fluffy baby goat hops around your mat. That's right, baby goat yoga is a real thing, and it's happening in the picturesque town of Conifer, Colorado.
Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and our friendly goats are always there to provide some entertainment and cuddles.
Yoga will take place indoors or outdoors dependent upon weather.
Terms & Conditions
Children: Children must be at least 8 years old.
Waivers: Each person needs to complete a liability form. Optional: photography permission form. All individuals can receive free copies of photographs by contacting info@guidedgoathikes.com.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel within five days for a full refund.
To change a class date: Please do so at least 24 hours before the event by contacting info@guidedgoathikes.com.
Please note: Lessons might be canceled because of low capacity or weather. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule for a different date.
Yoga Instructor: If Patricia is unavailable, another teacher will fill in.

I am beyond excited to share my passions with you. As an artist and wellness instructor, I have found so much joy in practicing and teaching yoga. It all started when I moved to Richmond, Virginia in 2016 and fell head over heels in love with the practice. I knew I wanted to spread that healing experience to others, so I became a certified teacher in 2019. And let me tell you, it has been one of the most transformative and fulfilling journeys I've been on. But that's not all, upon moving to Morrison in 2020, I also had the opportunity to become a goat owner! Although I'm no longer a goat mom, these little Nigerian Dwarfs will always hold a special place in my heart. Their unique personalities never fail to bring a smile to my face. And now, I am combining my love for yoga with the joy that goats bring to create a one-of-a-kind experience for all of you at BABY GOAT YOGA! When I'm not on my mat or cuddling with goats, you can find me attending other yoga classes, cooking up a storm, exploring the great outdoors, or hitting the golf course. Oh, and let's not forget about quality time with my partner and our two furry companions, Eo and Tobe. Life in Colorado truly is a dream come true. Can't wait to meet you all at my next class!
